The death of a loved one or friend is never easy.
Once the burial has been completed it becomes
necessary to administer their Florida Probate or Florida Trust Estate and distribute the assets to
the named beneficiaries. Florida Probate
Administration and Florida Trust Administration are the legal processes necessary to pass title to a decedents Florida probate and trust assets to his or her beneficiaries.
The Florida probate process falls into two distinct categories: Formal Administration and Summary Administration (less than $75,000 in assets). Both
